Cancellation policy
Cancellations received by June 1, 2012 will receive a 50% refund.

Founders' Fund Travel Fellowship Award
Before registering, applicants to the Founders' Fund Travel Fellowship Award should wait for the response to their application for the award, as the meeting registration fee (not including pre- or post-meeting events) is waived for recipients of the award.
Awardees can then print and fax/e-mail the form to Celine Arseneault, with the headline "TRAVEL AWARD" or they can fill the online form below should they wish to register to pre- or post-conference events.

Events & day registration
Registration fees for social events (banquet, post-conference study-tour, reception) are the same for guests and members.
There are no possible day registration fees for guests. Should there be a request for such "à la carte" registration, please contact directly Céline Arseneault.
Local attendees may register for one day (members & non members), please contact directly Céline Arseneault (a Paypal invoice will be provided).
